Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
4 Large Peppers
1 lb. Ground Turkey (or ground meat of choice)
1/2 Onion
Whole Tomato
2 Cups Spinach
Taco Seasoning
1 Cup Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
Instructions:
Heat a pan on medium heat and dice onion and toss in pan with avocado oil.
Add spinach and let shrink.
Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds inside.
Sautee ground meat with onions and spinach until cooked, add taco seasoning.
Dice tomato and mix into meat.
Divide meat into individual peppers and place in air fryer.
Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup of cheese per pepper on top and cook for another 5 minutes or until satisfied with cheese melt.
