Pumpkin Energy Balls
Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin
1 cup rolled oats
1 scoop protein powder rm.com)
¼ cup honey
¼ cup chocolate chips
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
¼ flax seed
¼ cup powdered peanut butter (I use Tru-nut)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until mixed.
Sit in fridge for 30 minutes
Portion out 1 tablespoon each and roll into ball
PRO TIP: Great for snacking or if you get your hands on some pumpkin spice whipped cream, put it on top and enjoy as a festive dessert!
