Pumpkin Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 can pumpkin 

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 scoop protein powder rm.com)

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • ¼ flax seed

  • ¼ cup powdered peanut butter (I use Tru-nut)


Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until mixed. 

  • Sit in fridge for 30 minutes

  • Portion out 1 tablespoon each and roll into ball


PRO TIP: Great for snacking or if you get your hands on some pumpkin spice whipped cream, put it on top and enjoy as a festive dessert!
