Pumpkin Spice Protein Banana Bread

MAKES 8 SLICES
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cup oat flour
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs (or ½ cup egg whites)
2 small ripe bananas
⅔ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or preferred milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
OPTIONAL:
Walnuts
Pecans
White Chocolate Chips
Dried Fruit
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325° and spray 9x5 pan with non-stick spray
In a large bowl, wisp together honey, vanilla, and pumpkin puree. Add eggs and beat them well. Once done, whisk in bananas and almond milk.
Add in baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Pour in the 1st Phorm Pumpkin Spice Latte Level-1 Protein and oat flour. (Add optional ingredients here).
Bake 35-45 minutes (or until toothpick/knife comes out clean in center). Let cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
