Quick and Easy Taco Bowls
INGREDIENTS:
1lb ground meat (I prefer chicken, but you can use whatever you want)
about 4oz per serving
Taco seasoning
use whole packet
Rice
1/4 - 1/2 cup per serving
Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1-2 tbsp per serving
Spinach
1-2 handfulls per serving
Mini Peppers
3-4 per serving, diced
Black Beans
1-2 tbsp per serving
Salsa
1-2 tbsp per serving
Avocado
1/4 per serving
Optional:
corn
hot taco sauce
sour cream or non fat plain greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook rice as directed
Fully cook ground meat in a pan on medium heat, add 1/3 cup water and add in taco seasoning packet.
Dice and sauté peppers
Add the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
