Tropical Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 unsweetened Acai packet

  • ½ cup ice

  • ½ cup frozen mango

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • ½ tbsp mixed nut butter

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • ½ tbsp shredded coconut

  • ½ tbsn pumpkin seeds

  • ½ tsp cinnamon 

  • 1 tsp honey 


Instructions:

  • Place coconut milk, protein powder, Acai packet, ¼ cup frozen mango, ¼ cup frozen pineapple, nut butter, ½ banana, and ice in blender and blend together until smooth, thick, and creamy. 

  • Pour mix into bowl.

  • Top with ¼ cup frozen mango, ¼ cup frozen pineapple, ½ banana, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and honey.

  • Enjoy!
