Feta Spinach Burgers
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Ground Meat
(I've used beef, chicken, and turkey, all have come out amazing)
1/4 cup Crumbled Feta
(I used fat free)
1 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup bread crumbs
(I used Italian style)
1/4 cup egg whites
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre heat a large pan on medium heat, spray
Chop spinach to desired size
In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, feta, spinach, egg whites, and breadcrumbs until all together
Divide into 4 patties
Heat both sides on pan for 5-7 minutes
(this will depend on what meat you are using)
Pair with a side of veggies and starch and enjoy!
PRO TIP: I weigh the meat once it is mixed with the other ingredients and make each patty about 5 oz, but you are welcome to do it however works best for you!
