Peach Walnut Chicken Salad
PREPPING INGREDIENTS:
2 Peaches
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 lb Chicken Tenderloin
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp fig spread
Spring Mix
Walnuts
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Maple Syrup
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Balsamic Vinaigrette
INDIVIDUAL SALAD INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup Peaches
4 oz Chicken
2 cups Spring Mix
1 tbsp Walnuts
1 tbsp Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPPING:
Slice peaches and saute on stove top with cinnamon until soft
Devain tenderloins, rub on fig spread
Combine In a bowl pepper, salt, garlic and nutmeg and season the chicken
Place chicken on a pan and air fry for 15 minutes at 350, then flip over and air fry for 10 minutes at 400.
Chop walnuts and mix with vanilla extract and maple syrup. Broil for 2 minutes
PRO TIP:
If you don’t wanna get this fancy (I was having myself a good ole time with this one), just keep it simple and get the frozen tyson chicken strips I’ve listed on my other salad recipes, the peaches don’t have to be sauteed, and you can just buy glazed walnuts or use regular walnuts!
