Ground Beef Burgers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb ground beef 

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup bread crumbs

  • ½ cup shredded cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Pan on medium heat 

  • Mix beef, egg, and bread crumbs together 

  • Section into four patties

  • Heat on pan for 5-6 minutes per side

  • Remove from heat

  • Sprinkle cheese on each patty 

  • Cover with lid to melt quickly 

  • Serve and enjoy!

Makes 4 servings 

Pairs well with Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries.
