High Protein Low Cal Low Carb Breakfast Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Egg whites
½ cup, Cottage Cheese
2 large, Eggs
¼ cup, Feta cheese
1 lb, Ground turkey
Seasonings of choice (measured with your heart)
Pepper
Salt
Garlic powder
9x9 pan
Aluminum foil
Cooking spray
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350
Spray pan and line with aluminum foil and spray again
If you have non-stick pans, you won’t need to do this but my pans are about half my age so…
Brown the ground turkey on medium heat
Mix egg whites, eggs, cottage, feta cheese, and seasonings in a bowl
Pour egg and cheese mix into pan
After turkey is done, pour into the pan and spread as evenly as possible
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Depending on your oven, you might be able to do less time
Let it cool and then divide into 8 squares
Cover with aluminum foil and store whole pan in fridge
Warm one square up and enjoy breakfast!
