Ground Chicken Flatbread Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Flatbread:

  • ¼ cup bread crumbs 

  • 1 cup low fat Cottage Cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 16 oz, Butcher Box Ground Chicken (Get $50 off your first box with my link!)

  • ¼ tsp italian seasoning 

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder 

Toppings:

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp shredded low fat mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ tsp italian seasoning 

  • 10 slices Turkey Pepperoni

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

  • 2 tsp parmesan cheese 


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Set oven to 350

  • Mix ground chicken, cottage cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, italian seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl and separate into four even sections

  • Place sections on parchment paper and flatten in half and roll it out until it is flat. 

  • Bake for 24 minutes, remove from oven.

  • Place toppings on top and put back in the oven for 15 minutes

  • Let cool down and enjoy! 


Pro tip:

  • Cook sections of the chicken flatbread at a time. You can prep all four sections and store in the fridge or 1 or two at a time and then just add toppings and heat when ready!
