Ground Chicken Flatbread Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Flatbread:
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 cup low fat Cottage Cheese
1 egg
16 oz, Butcher Box Ground Chicken (Get $50 off your first box with my link!)
¼ tsp italian seasoning
¼ tsp garlic powder
Toppings:
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
¼ tsp italian seasoning
10 slices Turkey Pepperoni
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Set oven to 350
Mix ground chicken, cottage cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, italian seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl and separate into four even sections
Place sections on parchment paper and flatten in half and roll it out until it is flat.
Bake for 24 minutes, remove from oven.
Place toppings on top and put back in the oven for 15 minutes
Let cool down and enjoy!
Pro tip:
Cook sections of the chicken flatbread at a time. You can prep all four sections and store in the fridge or 1 or two at a time and then just add toppings and heat when ready!
