Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup Apple sauce
1 1/2 cup Pb Fit
1 tbsp Coconut oil
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix apple sauce and powdered peanut butter until the consistency that you like
If you want more fudgy, add more applesauce if you like them to be a little bit more firm, add more powdered peanut butter.
Scoop into about 1 tablespoon each on parchment paper (should be about 20)
Place in fridge for 10-15 minutes
Take out of fridge and roll into balls
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil and mix
Dip the balls into chocolate and place on parchment paper
Sprinkle with salt
Place back in fridge for about 20 minutes and enjoy!
Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
