Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

INGREDIENTS:


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix apple sauce and powdered peanut butter until the consistency that you like

    • If you want more fudgy, add more applesauce if you like them to be a little bit more firm, add more powdered peanut butter. 

  • Scoop into about 1 tablespoon each on parchment paper (should be about 20) 

  • Place in fridge for 10-15 minutes 

  • Take out of fridge and roll into balls 

  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil and mix

  • Dip the balls into chocolate and place on parchment paper

  • Sprinkle with salt

  • Place back in fridge for about 20 minutes and enjoy! 

Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
