Kitchen Sink Cajun Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
¼ cup uncooked noodles (I used whole wheat penne)
8 shrimp (I used frozen)
Dash salt & pepper
1 tbsp corn (I used frozen Mexican)
½ cup peeled edamame
¼ diced onion
1 roasted pepper (medium)
1 tbsp ranch (I used dairy free)
1 tbsp buffalo sauce (I used Moore’s)
2-3 tsp cajun seasoning (I used Tony’s)
Instructions:
Cook noodles as directed, add in all other ingredients and enjoy!
