Air Fryer Plantains
Ingredients:
1 whole ripe plantain
Instructions:
For the plantains to come out sweeter and juicier, I would recommend buying them a few weeks before you plan to cook them.
Spray pan, slice plantain at an angle and lay out evenly. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees and cook for 10-12 minutes. Easy peasy!
Note: If using an oven, use the same temperature and increase time to 15-17 minutes or until slightly golden on the outside.
You can also cook on stove top as well on medium heat and cook each side for 5-7 minutes or until slightly golden on the outside.
