Lavash Flatbread Turkey Pizza

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Flatbread

  • ¼ cup Pizza Sauce

  • ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese

    • I used Organic Valley

  • 30g (17 slices) Turkey Pepperoni

    • I used Applegate

  • Italian Seasoning

    • Measure with your heart 🤌

  • 1 cup Spinach

    • We eat our veggies ‘round here!

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400° 

  • Lay flatbread on a pan/aluminum foil (make sure to spray!)

  • Spread pizza sauce evenly on flatbread

  • Top with Italian seasoning

  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly

  • Add spinach

  • Top with pepperoni’s

  • Baked for 10-12 minutes or until a satisfactory crisp level!

Pro Tip: Pair with a serving of your favorite salad kit to add more veggies and help stay fuller longer!
