Protein Pumpkin Pie
INGREDIENTS:
Pre made pie crust (you can make your own if you want)
15 oz canned pumpkin
¾ tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp salt
1 scoop pumpkin spice latte protein
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 cup milk (I used fat free fairlife)
2 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325
Mix ingredients together
Pour pie mix into crust
Bake for 45-55 minutes
Let cool
Enjoy!
Optional:
Add some fat free whipped cream (or regular, I’m not here to tell you it has to be fat free) and pumpkin spice seasoning on top!
