Protein Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pre made pie crust (you can make your own if you want)

  • 15 oz canned pumpkin 

  • ¾ tsp cinnamon

  • ¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 scoop pumpkin spice latte protein 

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein 

  • 1 cup milk (I used fat free fairlife)

  • 2 eggs


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 325

  • Mix ingredients together

  • Pour pie mix into crust 

  • Bake for 45-55 minutes

  • Let cool

  • Enjoy!

Optional:

Add some fat free whipped cream (or regular, I’m not here to tell you it has to be fat free) and pumpkin spice seasoning on top!
