Three Ingredient Salads

Ingredients:

  • Salad kit of choice

  • Spinach 

  • Protein


Instructions:

Take about one cup of the salad kit mix, a big handful of lettuce, portion out the toppings and dressing appropriately (i usually do about a tbsp. each), chop up your protein and enjoy!


Pro tip: I’ll get the bag of Tyson chicken, or rotisserie chicken or the grilled chicken pre slices at Trader Joe’s and just portion it out per salad!
