Ingredients:

  • ½ cup nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tsp sugar + fat free Cheesecake Jello Mix

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Cinnamon (measure with your heart)


Optional:

  • Flavored rice cake

  • Apple slices


Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients together

  • Top with cinnamon 

  • Enjoy alone or with optional sides!
