Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup dry oats

  • ¼ cup milk

  • ¼ cup nonfat greek yogurt, plain

  • ¼ cup strawberries, chopped

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp flax seeds

  • 1 tsp sugar free jello cheesecake mix

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon 

  • 1 tsp emily’s tasty creations honey


Instructions: 

  • Combine ingredients in small tupperware 

    • Save some chopped strawberries, cinnamon, and honey to drizzle on top

  • Store in fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight!
